California Sen. Dianne Feinstein wanted to add to the jobs bill an amendment to increase water allotments to farmers in the San Joaquin Valley - but no amendments were accepted.
Feinstein may seek another way to push her legislation or work with government agencies to resolve the issue, her spokesman Gil Duran said.
Her amendment angered Bay Area Democrats...
