City of San Diego launches sewer study

Last Tuesday, the city of San Diego launched a comprehensive assessment of its entire sewage collection and treatment infrastructure to identify opportunities to maximize recycling and reclamation of wastewater. The $2 million study is a result of an agreement between the City of San Diego and San Diego Coastkeeper and the Surfrider Foundation last January.
